AEC's Corporate Social Responsibilities
With the economic development, AEC pays much more attention to perform its social responsibilities by setting up the wholesome systems to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers according to the requirements of Electronics Industry Code of Conduct (EICC). In recent years, our company have invested a lot to better the working and living conditions for our workers, and hold colorful entertainment to enrich their after-work life.
1. CSR system
AEC compiled its own version of CSR management system under the guidance of SA8000 and has carried it out strictly.
2. Safety Management
AEC established its safe production committee and signed the safety officer. The safety officer shall arrange the safety inspection periodically to prevent hidden risks as well as the safety training and the fire fighting drill.
2.1 Installing fire fighting facilities
In February 2007, AEC plants passed the fire control inspection conducted by the Huadu Branch of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau. At the end of 2015, it installed a fire automatic alarming system as a supplement to the fire control system.
2.2 Highlighting the safety management and internal training
With the aid of the local government, AEC disseminated the fire fighting tips in the surrounding communities to teach them self-rescuing.
3. Occupational health
AEC went through the assessment of GB/T28001-2011 (OHSAS18000: chin-joy.com) occupational health and safety management system in 2013 and have kept investing in improving workers’ living and working environment. It is conducted annually to arrange the physical examination for all laborers and assess the environment.
4. Tender Loving Care for Staff members

4.2 Establishing body-building clubs and entertaining facilities, such as the football arena, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, dancing room and library etc. Sports games are held annually to make members live colorfully and happily;
4.3 Arranging parenting activities for staff members which emphasizes education of the next generation, and solving the children schooling problems for the migrant workers.
